**Job Title: Inside Sales Associate/Analyst**

**Key Responsibilities**

2. Guiding & Enrolling Talent into LetsCast registrations & subscriptions - both Freshers & Experienced talent (including campus promotions)

3. Take responsibility for quality completion of digital profiles on the platform.

4. Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

5. Coordinating with the Social media team for welcome posts and other talent-related communication.

6. Prepare and execute a month-on-month communication's calendar for LetsCast registered talent

7. Assist in planning & coordinating workshops.

**Qualifications**

**Must have worked in the Inside Sales Function in a BPO/KPO process.**

Any bachelor’s degree. (**Freshers can also apply)**

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)

Good interpersonal skills

Positive attitude
