We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Associate to join our team at Mecherd, a leading Ed Tech company. As an Inside Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth by engaging with potential customers and promoting our Ed Tech products and solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and technology and have a proven track record in sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads, build relationships, and drive sales.
- Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the benefits of our Ed Tech products and solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our Ed Tech products, their features, and competitive advantages.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and promotions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar inside sales role, preferably in the Ed Tech industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must be an immediate joiner.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
