Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Inside Sales Associate (Surgery) to join our Bangalore team. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their healthcare needs, and communicating the value of Even Healthcares services. Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Marathi) is essential to serve our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable healthcare solutions.
- Educate customers on Even Healthcares offerings and membership plans.
- Convert leads into successful sales while contributing to revenue growth.
- Guide and support clients through smooth surgery procedures from the initial consultation to post-surgery follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers to ensure conversion and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- 13 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or subscription-based sales will be an advantage.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- A proactive, customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
