**Job Summary**: The Sales Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, converting leads into sales, and performing data entry tasks. This role is crucial in driving our sales initiatives and ensuring smooth operational processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their needs and inquiries promptly.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input and manage customer information, sales data, and other relevant records in our CRM system.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and prepare sales reports as needed.
- **Operational Management**: Support daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- **Follow-Up**: Monitor and follow up on leads, ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales targets and improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and lead conversion.
