We are hiring **Process Associate (**_**International In/Out Bound Voice Process**_**)**
- **Position**: Sales Advisor
- **Domain**: International In/Out Bound Voice Process - Sales Function
- **Minimum Qualification**: Class XII pass out
- **Experience**: Fresher/Experienced/Semi-experienced
- **Age Limit**: Maximum 40 years

**Role Summary**:
As a Advisor, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for reaching out to potential customers, converting leads into sales, and ensuring a positive customer experience post-sale. Your role is critical in expanding our customer base and contributing to our revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential customers through phone calls.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade prospects to enroll in our services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service to customers post-sales, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales metrics.
- Adherence to Sales Metrics: Stay motivated and committed to achieving and surpassing sales goals.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent Communication Skills in English**:Essential for interacting with international clients.**:

- Sales Acumen: Ability to persuade and convert leads into customers.
- Customer Service Orientation: Focused on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Record Keeping: Attention to detail in maintaining accurate customer records.
- Motivation: Self-driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
