We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Associate to join our team who has decent experience in sales, a strong understanding of the local market, and willing to work both in the field and at our office location.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
2. Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell products as appropriate.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
4. Do proper market research and achieve sales targets within the assigned market segment.
5. Prepare sales reports and forecasts and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
6. Representing the company in exhibitions accross India instructed by the company.

**Requirements**:
2. Proven track record of 3-8 years in successful sales experience with a reputed company dealing with FMCG food products.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
4. Flexibility to work in both office settings and out in the field and strong understanding of the local market trends
5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
6. Open to travel

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
