**What You’ll Do**
- **Consultative Telecalling -**Connect with inbound leads and guide them toward the right gemstone or sacred product.
- **Understand Customer Needs -**Build rapport, identify preferences, and offer meaningful recommendations.
- **Explain Product Value -**Clearly communicate authenticity, benefits, and pricing.
- **Drive Sales -**Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
- **CRM & Follow-ups -**Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with potential buyers.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.**:

- **Communication: Strong spoken Hindi/English, clear articulation, and persuasive ability.**:

- **Sales Aptitude: 2+ years of Team Lead Experience in sales**:

- **Mindset: Confident, target-driven, and comfortable handling high-value conversations.**:

- **Interest in Product Domain: Genuine curiosity or openness toward gemstones and sacred wellness.**
