ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide product recommendations
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure customer loyalty by providing excellent customer service
- Monitor customer feedback and respond accordingly
- Update customer records in company database
- Monitor customer chat interactions to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

SELECTION CRITERIA
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of International customer service (BPO) experience
- Freshers with Excellent communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and WFO

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and written)
- Typing speed of at least 45 wpm
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to Take Quick Decisions and Respond to Customer Inquiries.

INTERVIEW PROCEDURE

- Round 3: Ops

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
