Roles and Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction throughout all interactions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, details, and resolutions in the system.
  • Adhere to established chat protocols, company guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and process changes.
  • Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring timely and accurate responses.

  • Proficiency in typing with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to understand and resolve customer concerns.
