Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international customers via live chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution
  • Work collaboratively with the global service team to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
  • Excellent written English skills
  • Comfortable with night shifts & rotational shifts
  • Basic computer knowledge
