Job Overview:
As a Hotel Field Sales Executive, This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners. The primary objective is to meet and brief about our hotel & resort services, and enhance the hotel's market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver sales presentations to showcase the hotel's features, amenities, and value propositions.
- Conduct regular visits to clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Coordinate with the hotel's marketing, events, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Generate leads of prospective business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
- Communicate client expectations and requirements effectively to internal Superiors/Supervisors/Managers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, and contracts.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide regular reports to management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Conduct post-sales follow-up to assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar field for minimum 6 Months.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with hotel industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours as needed.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
