Field Sales Executive (Broadband/Internet/Telecom)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving broadband sales, acquiring new customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates with prior B2C sales experience in telecom, broadband, or related industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new customer leads for broadband connections (residential & commercial).
  • Conduct door-to-door sales, field visits, and community engagement activities to promote services.
  • Explain product features, plans, and pricing to prospective customers.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Gather feedback from customers and share insights with the team for service improvement.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and pipeline.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant sales experience.
  • 2 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in broadband, telecom, or related industries.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
