Role & responsibilities

The Field Manager is responsible for ensuring that the assigned sales/execution/operations

objectives across all regions in the country are met. This is a position that involves

supervising the entire Field/Operations/sales team of the Project in allocated regions. The

role is accountable for the day-to-day Performance as per the agreed KPIs in the territory

assigned in accordance with overall company policy. Major parts of the day-to-day activities

includes driving Sales KPIs, Operational efficiencies with focus on delivering Top line and

Bottom-line targets. The role would also ensure seamlessB2B Business and Client

relationship management

Key Responsibility 1

  • Proven track record in B2B sales.
  • Technical understanding Planning and execution of Company's Sales Targets at

state/Region Level.

  • Manage overall sales operations, including pre- and post-sales support, lead

generation, and product trials, to drive business expansion and revenue growth.

  • Efficiently manage distribution channel, leveraging growth opportunities in assigned

territories.

  • Deliver customer-centric operations by resolving service issues with existing

customers, enhancing customer satisfaction levels.

  • Conduct regular promotional events and campaigns as per client requirements
  • Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to effectively communicate product

benefits and features to clients.

  • Lead business development initiatives by analyzing market trends and establishing

strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients

  • Review Weekly activities of the territory to ensure execution of the highest

standards.

  • Visit markets regularly with Field Team to improve performance standards.
  • Ensure 100% Manning and keep Attrition within specified limits.
  • Mentor team members and manage performance through effective training and

problem-solving techniques.
