Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales Executive located in Jaipur. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing and expanding relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the sales team. The role also involves conducting field visits, demonstrating the value of products and services to clients, and representing the company professionally in local markets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven experience in field sales and customer acquisition
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proficiency in strategic selling techniques and market research
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and fieldwork
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
