The role requires a self-motivated individual who can actively engage in on-ground promotional and tie-up activities. Key Responsibilities - Conduct BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities to promote the school in nearby areas. - Visit nearby preschools for potential tie-ups and partnerships. - Conduct field visits to malls, residential societies, and high-rise apartments to generate quality leads. - Participate in and organize on-ground promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns. - Achieve daily/weekly lead generation and conversion targets. - Maintain records of visits, leads, and follow-ups systematically. - Coordinate with the admission team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion. Requirements - Minimum 12 years of field sales or marketing experience (preferably in the education sector). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Energetic, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within Pune.
