Job Description Role Overview: Elysion Softwares is seeking a visionary and data-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing operations across all verticals from digital campaigns and brand strategy to performance marketing and communication. The VP of Marketing will play a pivotal role in defining the company's growth trajectory, driving brand awareness, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver measurable business results. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets. - Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team across digital, performance, content, PR, and design functions. - Oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, Reddit, Twitter, SEO, SEM) ensuring maximum ROI and brand consistency. - Drive content and brand strategy across all major platforms LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels. - Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development and sales objectives. - Oversee marketing analytics, reporting on performance, conversion metrics, and customer acquisition costs. - Establish strong brand partnerships and oversee public relations, influencer collaborations, and community engagement. - Innovate and optimize customer engagement journeys through automation, personalization, and data insights. Required Skills & Technologies: - Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar. - Content Management: WordPress / Notion / HubSpot or equivalent platforms. - Performance Marketing: Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics. - SEO: Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics. - Social Media: In-depth understanding of all major platforms their trends, algorithms, and content formats. - Public Relations: Familiarity with outreach, brand collaborations, and press coordination. Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in strategic brand building, performance marketing, and digital growth. - Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
