**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales team in identifying new business opportunities in both the corporate and leisure segments.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate and participate in sales calls, client meetings, and site inspections.
- Support in maintaining and updating the client database (CRM) and sales records.
- Follow up with clients for feedback, renewals, and conversions of inquiries.
- Assist in creating proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Represent the hotel at local events, trade shows, and exhibitions (as applicable).
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth execution of events, room bookings, or banquets generated through sales.
- Report daily/weekly activities to the Sales Manager and contribute to monthly sales targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in hotel sales and hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn, travel locally, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.

**Training & Growth Opportunities**:

- Potential for absorption into a permanent role based on performance during the training period.

**Employment Type**:
Full-time (Trainee / Internship - 6 to 12 months)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.18 - ₹16,000.15 per month
