**Job Overview**: As a Sales Executive in the hotel industry, you will play a vital role in driving revenue by promoting and selling hotel services and accommodations to potential clients. This position involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the hotel.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local and corporate markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and their needs.
- Actively engage in sales activities to attract and secure new clients.

**2. Client Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with existing clients.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the hotel.

**3. Event Coordination**:

- Work closely with the events and banquet teams to coordinate and facilitate bookings for conferences, weddings, and other events.
- Ensure that all client requirements are communicated effectively to relevant hotel departments.

**4. Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes.
- Provide regular reports on market conditions and potential opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the hotel industry or related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
