Job Description:
We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals with 0–2 years of experience in B2B sales who are interested in building a career in fintech sales. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, a curiosity for fintech solutions, and a strong desire to grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and engage with potential clients to understand their business needs
- Present and promote fintech solutions to businesses
- Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction
- Maintain and update sales reports, CRM, and activity tracking
Eligibility & Skills:
- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, target-oriented, and self-driven
- Quick learner with the ability to understand and sell fintech solutions
- Comfortable working in a WFO environment in Prabhadevi, Mumbai
