Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, group, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, travel agents, event planners, and corporate accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to showcase the hotel’s facilities and services.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure client expectations are met during stays or events.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects and clients using the hotel’s CRM system.
- Represent the hotel at industry trade shows, events, and networking functions as needed.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a related role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the local and regional hospitality market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM/booking systems.
**Working Conditions**:
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Travel may be required for client meetings or trade shows.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
