**Job Title**: Pre-Sales Executive - Epson Projectors
**Location**: Mumbai, Maharashtra
**Department**: Sales
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Promote, sell, and demonstrate Epson projectors and related solutions to educational institutions, corporate clients, and other key sectors.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, including technical consultation, product demonstrations, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct product presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to increase sales in the region.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for Epson projectors.
- Assist in handling product inquiries, quotations, and orders from customers.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the brand and its products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales or technical support, preferably in projectors.
- In-depth knowledge of Epson projector models and related technologies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues..
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai and occasionally to other locations.
- Fluency in English and Hindi and regional langugue is must.
