**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team with client communications and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate event bookings and room reservations.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain accurate client and lead databases.
- Handle inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality sales is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
