**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the IT sales team with day-to-day operations, including client communication, quotations, order processing, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between clients, technical teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and maintain sales documentation such as proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations.
- Track sales orders and ensure timely invoicing and delivery.
- Maintain CRM/database systems with updated client and sales information.
- Assist in preparing bids and tenders for IT solutions and services.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the procurement team to manage stock.
- Provide administrative support for sales meetings, trade shows, and client visits.
- Handle client queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination or IT sales support.
- Understanding of IT products, solutions, and terminology is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Customer-focused attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹11,183.15 - ₹25,000.00 per month
