We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Support Executive to handle a **Sales Coordination and Support** role at a reputed Food Processing Company based in Navi Mumbai. As a Customer Support Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth functioning of their sales operations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales records.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Sales Team in managing and maintaining customer accounts
- Work on Tally software to maintain the data
- Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Keep track of pending orders and receivables
- Collaborate with various internal departments to coordinate order fulfilment
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, including sales data and customer feedback
- Maintain accurate customer records, including interactions and transactions, in the system.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company products and policies.

**Requirements**:

- _Bachelor's degree in any field._
- _Experience in using Tally is required_
- _Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator is a must_
- _Written and verbal fluency in English communication skills is a must._

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales Coordination: 3 years (required)
