We are looking for a highly persuasive **Sales Executive** with excellent **international communication skills** to connect with potential clients in **Australia**, engage them effectively, and convert leads into successful sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients in **Australia** and pitch our services/products.
- Engage in consultative selling to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with potential customers to ensure high conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales progress.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication strategies.
- Shift start from 6am Indian timezone

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in international sales).
- Strong **convincing skills** and the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication** in English.
- **MBA** in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience with **Australian clients** is a plus.
