**Job Description**:
Position: IT Sales Executive (ERP Focus)
Location: Remote
Type: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the IT sector, with a specific focus on ERP software solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their ERP needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to create targeted sales strategies for ERP software.
- Execute sales strategies to achieve targets, with a strong emphasis on ERP software sales across all industries.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our ERP solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics related to ERP software.
- Represent UltraCures at industry events, positioning our ERP offerings as industry-leading solutions.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, with a focus on ERP software sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of ERP solutions for clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on selling software solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling ERP software solutions across all industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of ERP solutions to clients.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to sales.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office.
- Willingness to travel.

Pay: ₹9,414.65 - ₹56,437.10 per month
