**Position: Bench Sales Recruiter**

**Experience: 6 to 10 Years**

**Roles and Responsibilities:

- **
- Marketing Bench Consultants.
- As a Bench Sales Recruiter, involve in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.
- Getting requirements for bench consultants from various sources like Prime Vendors, job portals, and other Networking sites.
- Searching the requirements for the allotted bench from portals, groups, and contacts. Sharing the requirements with the consultants and to submit the resume.
- Speaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management.
- Worked extensively on marketing bench consultants.
- Involved in the marketing consultants on a bench to the preferred vendors.
- Expertise in SAP bench sales.
- Having good database of vendors & clients in the SAP area.
- Keeping track of the start and end dates of the bench consultants
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end Bench sales process across various IT Technologies.
- Regular interaction and Follow-up with Bench Consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Recruiting: 5 years (preferred)
