A US IT Bench Sales Recruiter is responsible for marketing and placing IT consultants (who are on the company’s bench) with client companies and other IT staffing firms. This role involves identifying suitable job opportunities, engaging with vendors and clients, and negotiating rates to ensure the best placement for the consultants.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Bench Management**:
Understand the skill sets and experience of IT consultants available on the bench.
Maintain an updated list of available consultants, including their skillsets, experiences, and availability status.
- **Sales & Marketing**:
Market the bench consultants to Tier 1 vendors and direct clients for suitable positions.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and vendors to secure positions for consultants.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building with vendors and clients.
- **Job Requirement Analysis**:
Analyze and understand job requirements shared by clients/vendors.
Match bench consultants' skill sets with the job requirements to ensure a perfect fit.
- **Negotiation & Placement**:
Negotiate contract terms, billing rates, and salaries with clients and vendors.
Ensure consultants are placed quickly and efficiently, maximizing bench utilization.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
Prepare and submit consultant profiles, resumes, and other required documentation to clients.
Track and report on marketing activity, submissions, interviews, and placements.
- **Relationship Management**:
Maintain and build strong relationships with consultants, ensuring they are satisfied with their assignments.
Provide regular updates to consultants on job opportunities and progress.
**Required Skills**:
- **Experience in Bench Sales**: Proven experience in US IT Bench Sales, with a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and IT industry trends.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with consultants, clients, and vendors.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation skills to ensure optimal placement of consultants and favorable contract terms.
- **Networking**: Ability to build and maintain a vast network of vendor contacts, clients, and IT professionals.
- **Attention to Detail**: High attention to detail, particularly in matching job requirements with consultant skill sets and in contract documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales, with a track record of successful placements.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Understanding of various IT technologies, domains, and market trends.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
