**Job Title**: Customer Success & IT Support (Fresher)

**Location**:Noida (Work from Office)

**Compensation**:25K-30K per month

**Job Summary**

We need a tech-savvy fresher to act as the bridge between our Development, Sales, and Customers. You will handle basic tech issues (Excel, API, JSON) and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Customer Relationship**
- Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and concerns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Resolve issues promptly or escalate to internal teams.

**2. Technical Support**
- Provide basic troubleshooting on product features, APIs, and JSON.
- Leverage Excel and other tools to analyze and address customer issues.
- Collaborate with dev teams on complex technical problems.

**3. Cross-Functional Coordination**
- Communicate customer needs between Sales, Dev, and other departments.
- Ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Share product updates and enhancements with customers in simple terms.

**4. Account Management**
- Understand client needs and anticipate improvements.
- Analyze client data to suggest solutions and boost product adoption.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or bringing new clients on board.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream; CS/IT preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Excel, APIs, and JSON.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learner with a tech-friendly mindset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
