**Job Title: Apprentice (Talent Acquisition)**
**Location: Viman Nagar, Pune**
**Department: Talent Acquisition**
**Working hours: 12 - 9pm / 2 - 11pm IST | 5 days working from office**
**Duration: 12 Months**
***Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Help create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract top talent.
- Assist with tracking recruitment metrics and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support with maintaining and updating the talent pipeline and recruitment databases to ensure accurate and current information.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and ATS (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

**Education & Experience**:

- Fresh graduates from colleges in 2025, and 2026 are welcome to apply. Any prior exposure/training in the Talent Acquisition field will be considered an advantage.
