Designation: Apprentice
Total Stipend: Rs. 12,000/- p.m.

Job Purpose: Learning Sales & Marketing strategies
Qualification and Skills:

- Graduate
- Minimum 25 Years Old
- Willingness to work in Pune
- Customer Orientation, Driving Results, Building and Maintaining Relationships,
Analytical Skills
- Self-Driven, Ability to work with minimum Supervision and meet aggressive deadlines.
- Fluent in English and local language (written & verbal)
- Passionate, Pro-active and high initiative

Job Description:
- Generation of a database of clients from a location specified by the Branch Manager
- Input information in a format provided by the Branch Manager
- Collection of Documents from the Clients as directed by the BM / RM.
- Verification of Documents.
- Collection & submit the client's documents to the Office.
- Understanding of the collections Policy and effective implementation for collection
- Should know the allocated routes to travel within timelines.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Organizing & Managing Clients documents.
- Formal Dress Code to be maintained in the office as well while visiting the clients.

Don'ts for Apprentice:

- Direct interaction with clients is not allowed.
- Do not Interact with Walk in Clients.
- In case on Field for documents collection, they should only pick up the documents, not to indulge in specifying on schemes/funds (This is only done by Relationship Manager)
- For any scheme related information they have to share the respective RM’s

Numbers, the apprentice cannot share their personal numbers.
- Not to make any commitments on schemes / returns or performance to any client.
