**Job Title: Apprentice (Talent Acquisition)**
**Location: Viman Nagar Pune**
**Department: Human Resources**
**Duration: 12 Months (On completion of apprenticeship and your performance review, you may be offered full time employment with Stratacent)**

**Role Overview**:As an HR Apprentice, you will play a vital role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in HR and gain practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing employee documentation, organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR software.
- Assist with organizing employee training and development sessions.
- Provide support for employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Help with processing payroll data and ensuring accuracy.
- Participate in performance management processes (e.g., appraisals, feedback collection).
- Prepare reports on HR metrics and assist in HR analytics.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and preparing documentation.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR team.

- A keen interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
