**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Stakeholder Management**: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective strategies to fulfill talent requirements.
- **Employer Branding**: Assist in promoting Go Alpha’s employer brand by participating in job fairs, campus drives, and other networking events.
- **Recruitment Metrics**: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize recruitment processes.
- **Onboarding Support**: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure they are well-integrated into the company culture and equipped to succeed.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for sports, fitness, and child development will be a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
