**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution.
- Maintain customer records by updating details in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 6 months - 1 year in a customer service role.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

**Attitude**:

- Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
