As a Customer Support Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those looking to start their career in customer service.

- Problem Resolution: Listen to customer issues and work to find effective solutions to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship.
- Documentation: Use your knowledge of MS Office to document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
