We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR will handle incoming calls from customers, provide information, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. This position requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, or complaints.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues effectively and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Record and update customer information in the database.
- Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to better assist customers.
- Meet individual and team performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction scores).
- Handle sensitive customer information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience with call center telephony and technology.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,448.06 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
