Customer Service Representative

- **Customer satisfaction**: Ensuring customers are satisfied with the products and services
- **Follow-up**:Following up with customers to ensure issues are resolved
- **Customer feedback**:Collecting customer feedback and passing it on to the product or sales team
- **Sales**: Meeting sales targets and generating leads
- **Process orders**:Processing orders and preparing correspondence
- **Database maintenance**: Maintaining customer information and databases
- **Escalation**:Escalating inquiries to the appropriate team when necessary
- **Product knowledge**: Providing expert answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- **Process improvement**: Recommending improvements to company processes
A customer service representative should be able to follow company guidelines and procedures, and work with mínimal supervision. They should also be willing to learn and progress through the different levels of customer support.
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. Communication. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
