**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals in the assigned territory.
- **Retailer & Distributor Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners to ensure consistent product availability and sales growth.
- **Market Monitoring**: Track competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide insights and recommendations.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Drive sales performance by setting clear objectives, tracking progress, and taking corrective actions as needed.
- **Product Availability**: Ensure the seamless supply of products across all distribution points within the region.
- **Promotional Activities**: Work with the marketing team to execute promotions, campaigns, and merchandising strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- **Customer Support**: Address retailer concerns, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
- **Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to optimize sales operations

Pay: From ₹180,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- FMCG: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)

Work Location: In person
