
Sales Territory Business Developer

Job Overview
This role will spearhead growth in assigned territories through strategic sales initiatives, business expansion, revenue generation, and key performance metric delivery. The objective is to achieve sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and fostering strong relationships with existing merchants for recurring business while attracting new merchants for overall company advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a sales distribution network across the assigned territory by identifying suitable channels for distribution.
- Maintain excellent working relationships with current and potential merchants to cultivate a sales-driven environment.
- Promote Benow acceptance at offline merchants across urban and rural areas of the zone through a dedicated team.
- Onboard new Merchants and expand Benow's presence by recruiting and retaining the right kind of merchants.
- Aceelerate our presence in offline space by driving merchant acquisition & servicing within an assigned geographical area through a specialized team.
- Train Key Merchants on payment solutions and present products, addressing escalations as needed.
- Analyze competition within assigned territory and share insights with the leadership team.
- Elevate brand visibility in assigned territory using provided marketing materials.
- Develop strategies for recruitment and people management to drive high productivity.
- Establish and implement standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor ROI and take measures to enhance it.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree or MBA with an impressive academic record.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
