Job Title

Purpose

A key position that drives business growth through strategic partnerships, customer relationships, and targeted sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute sales plans to achieve territory targets, identifying potential clients and forecasting market trends.
  • Analyze sales performance, highlighting deviations and implementing corrective actions as required.
  • Manage territory-level financials, ensuring adherence to sales budgets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities from multiple channels, developing comprehensive pursuit plans.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients on product specifications, payment terms, and timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order execution meets predefined criteria and timelines.
  • Communicate changes in order specifications to the concerned departments and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
  • Manage collections from clients according to contractual agreements.
  • Enhance response quality and minimize response time to customer inquiries, providing necessary support.
  • Establish service centers or partner agencies to provide quick after-sales services to customers.
  • Provide technical support to customers on after-sales related issues.
  • Resolve customer complaints within predefined timelines and update relevant systems accordingly.
  • Respond promptly to customer queries and issues during sales finalization, execution, and post-execution.
  • Liaise with distributors and dealers in the territory, escalating significant issues to superiors.
  • Effectively manage dealer activities, including stock booking, invoicing, and payments.
  • Stay updated on territorial developments and provide market insights to the marketing team for expansion and diversification opportunities.
