Role & responsibilities

Job Title: Territory Sales Manager Steam ,Heat Transfer.

Location: Nagpur
Experience Required: 2–7 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of boilers, heaters, and combustion systems in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers, consultants, OEMs, and EPC contractors.
  • Working with Steam engineering products where incumbent with the background of Steam Engineering Product/Boilers/Heaters is suitable.
  • Achieve ABP targets for the respective territory directly and through the dealer network.
  • Ensure Market coverage across geographies & industrial segments to analyze key market trends.
  • Monitor lead generation to ensure sufficient enquiry pipeline for achieving sales target.
  • Understanding the customer needs & identifying opportunities at existing plants for upgrades & improvements.
  • Concept selling & drive new product /application sales.
  • Develop and generate business through identified OEMs / Key Accounts / Channel
  • Associates/ Consultants to get additional business.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and project developments within the territory.
  • Coordinate with service, project execution, and aftermarket teams for customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Achieve territory sales targets and contribute to overall regional performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
  • Proven experience in selling boilers, heaters, burners, or energy solutions
  • Strong understanding of thermal systems and industrial utilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
  • Exposure to CRM tools and basic commercial understanding (taxes, terms, LC, etc.)
