**What we do**

is an ‘offline workplace simulation’, where selected students and young professionals roleplay as core team members of imaginary organizations (NGO, Startup, MNC, etc). Through this experiential narrative, they train their brain to tackle 50+ workplace scenarios and master 7+ in-demand soft skills (such as critical thinking, creative problem solving, storytelling) and AI tools. This experience provides a strong intellectual foundation to succeed in the real world of work, where generalist workplace intelligence and the ability to work with AI is as crucial as technical knowledge.

**Your responsibilities**
- Facilitating immersive simulation-based training sessions based on our curriculum, and providing support to solve learner queries and encourage active participation.
- Assessing learner submissions to gauge their understanding of the learning content as well as evaluating their scores/performance.
- Working with the programming team and the curriculum team to constantly collect feedback from all the different stakeholders and ensure the feedback is reflected in the subsequent upgraded learning experience.
- Working with external trainers in different cities and industry experts to ensure that they are aligned with our curriculum and our training standards
- Keeping up with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to improve the training process and content continuously. Recognizing specific areas that require additional intervention based on the unique requirements of each cohort.

**Who are we looking for? Background and experience**:

- Deep thinker who recognises the gap in the current education system and resonates with the need to bring meaningful learning to people's lives.
- **Minimum 3-4 years** of experience in training young adults OR Working with young adults in a leadership/mentoring capacity.
- Someone with prior experience working at a start-up and/or in roles where they were managing a team will be preferred.
- Obsessed with creating impact with every training session.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with learners, facilitate a supportive learning environment, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Updated with the latest news (training, education, soft skills development, technology, start-up world, social media) and emerging AI tools, with the ability to share this wisdom during training.
- Comfortable using Google G Suite and common workplace AI Tools (such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, Canva).
