Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Soft Skills Trainer to design and deliver experiential learning programs. The trainer will focus on improving workplace behaviors through awareness, self-reflection, and consistent reinforcement. The role requires hands-on, interactive training methods tailored to the workforce demographic, moving beyond lectures to practical learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver soft skills training programs focusing on communication, workplace etiquette, teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and customer service.
  • Conduct engaging workshops, group activities, role-plays, simulations, and case studies to encourage active learning.
  • Assess employee skill gaps and training needs, and customize programs accordingly.
  • Promote positive workplace culture, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
  • Enhance employees' professional image, self-confidence, and presentation skills.
  • Facilitate onboarding and induction training for new employees to familiarize them with organizational expectations.
  • Conduct follow-up sessions and refresher programs to reinforce learning and behavioral improvements.
  • Track training effectiveness through feedback, evaluations, and on-the-job observations.
  • Create, maintain, and update training materials, manuals, guides, and visual aids.
  • Stay updated with current trends, best practices, and tools in soft skills training and adult learning.
  • Promote professional ethics, empathy, and customer-centric behavior across the workforce.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience (3–9 years) in delivering soft skills, customer service, or behavioral training.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse, multilingual teams.
  • Experience in experiential learning methodologies, storytelling, and interactive training.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹13, ₹17,000.00 per month
