Job Role: Corporate Trainer cum Facilitator
**Responsibilities**:
- Delivering training modules aimed at job sustainability, covering topics such as workplace
adaptability, effective communication, conflict resolution, professional ethics, and continuous learning strategies
- Conduct Sessions for equipping individuals to maintain long-term employment and adapt to the evolving workplace
- Deliver engaging training sessions focused on employability skills based on standardized curriculum
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Conduct workshops on resume writing, job search strategies, interview preparation, and workplace etiquette
- Provide constructive feedback to support youths development
- Track and report on participants' progress throughout the training period
- Offer one-on-one coaching to help participants set career goals
- Maintain accurate training records and prepare reports on training outcomes
- Manage training schedules and participant enrolment
- Ensure training environments are prepared and equipped for sessions
- Conduct assessments to identify participants’ strengths, needs, and areas for growth.
- Monitor and evaluate the training program’s effectiveness
- Mapping youths via one-to-one sessions for maximum conversion for Job Acceptance
**Collaboration and Partnership**:
- Work closely with educational institutions, NGOs, and employment agencies.
- Develop partnerships with businesses to create placement opportunities for trainees.
- Stay connected with industry professionals to keep training aligned with employer needs.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Professional experience of 4-7 years as a trainer, coach, or in an HR capacity
- Demonstrated knowledge of employability skills and workforce development
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
**Preferred Skills**:
- Certification in Training and Development or a related qualification.
- Experience working with college or graduate youths for training purposes

- Empathy and understanding of youths needs
- Ability to build trust and rapport with youths from unserved community
- Empathy and cultural sensitivity
- Adaptability and creativity in training approaches
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
**Note: The position may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate training schedules, will also require to travel within PCMC & Pune Region at large**
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
