**Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive Java training sessions for corporate clients across various industries.**
- Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, tailored to client needs.
- Hands-on Labs: Facilitate practical coding sessions and projects to reinforce theoretical knowledge. **Mentorship: Provide one-on-one coaching and support to trainees, addressing individual learning needs.**:

- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate trainee progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects, offering constructive feedback for improvement.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their training requirements and customize programs accordingly.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into training sessions.

**Qualification and Skills**:
**Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.**
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training, with a focus on Java programming.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Maven, RESTful APIs, and version control systems like Git.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.

**Preferred Qualification**:
**Certifications: Additional certifications in.NET technologies or related fields are a plus.**
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in delivering training programs for sectors such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce.
