**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a dedicated and charismatic **Corporate Trainer** to join our team. If you excel in communication, have a knack for voice and accent training, and can create engaging training content independently, we want to hear from you This role involves delivering training sessions, developing modules, and enhancing the skills of our clients through innovative and effective training techniques.

**What you’ll do**:

- Conduct interactive and engaging training sessions focusing on resume building, interview techniques, and essential soft skills.
- Lead workshops on technical skills, including MS Office, CRM tools, and other relevant technologies.
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials and resources tailored to our clients' needs.
- Regularly update training content to align with industry trends and client requirements.
- Assess the impact of training programs through evaluations and feedback, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Offer constructive feedback and support to clients, helping them enhance their skills and achieve their goals.
- Tailor training sessions to meet the unique needs of individual clients.
- Establish and maintain rapport with clients, fostering a supportive and productive learning environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest training methodologies and tools to ensure top-quality training delivery.
- Work with the team to refine and expand our training offerings for better outcomes.

**What you’ll bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Certifications in MS-Office, Training, Instructional Design, or Coaching are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trainer, ideally within an educational or corporate context.
- Proven experience in delivering effective training programs and facilitating engaging workshops.
- **Skill Set**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on voice and accent training.
- Ability to prepare and deliver training modules independently.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technology such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and webinar platforms.
