**Job Description: Corporate Wellness Trainer**

**Overview**:
As a Corporate Wellness Trainer at Ollato, your role is crucial in enhancing employee health, well-being, and productivity through our Corporate Wellness Programme. You'll design, deliver, and assess wellness initiatives tailored to each corporate client's needs, fostering a culture of health and vitality in their organizations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand clients' wellness needs through surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
- Create custom wellness programmes to address clients' unique goals and needs.
- Lead engaging wellness training sessions for employees, making complex ideas easy to understand.
- Support employees in adopting and sticking to healthy habits.
- Evaluate wellness programmes to see what's working and what needs improvement.
- Collaborate closely with clients and partners to make sure wellness programmes run smoothly.
- Inspire employees to participate in wellness activities and get excited about their health.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest wellness trends and research.
- Develop resources to help employees stay healthy and empowered.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in health, nutrition, psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Certification in health or wellness coaching is a plus.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate wellness or health promotion.
- Good at presenting, teaching, and communicating with different kinds of people.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and wellness tracking software.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Passionate about promoting health and wellness at work.
- Able to work well on your own and with a team in a busy environment.
