**Key Responsibility-**
- Assess training needs and customize content to suit participants' skill levels.
- Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
- Conduct hands-on workshops, practical sessions, and assessments.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into training modules.
- Provide feedback and support to trainees, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- Collaborate with HR and management to align training with organizational goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
