**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement training programs for team in sales & back office. (Training Calendrer)

Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of employees.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary changes to ensure maximum impact.

Create training materials such as presentations, handouts, and quizzes.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify areas for improvement in sales skills and develop training programs to address these areas.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales and soft skills training.

Build and maintain relationships to ensure their satisfaction with our training services.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a corporate sales trainer or soft skill trainer.

Strong presentation and communication skills.

Ability to deliver training programs in a clear and engaging manner.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: ₹17,840.59 - ₹68,170.24 per month
