Key Responsibilities:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and referrals.
- **Cold Calling & Telecalling**: Engage in cold calling and Tele-calling to connect with potential clients, introduce our services, and set up meetings.
- **Client Meetings**: Meet with potential clients to understand their construction needs, present our solutions, and build strong relationships.
- **Sales Conversion**: Effectively manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and convert them into contracts and projects.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team.

Qualifications:

- Education: Any degree

**Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A proactive and results-driven approach.

Language Required:

- **Kannada**:

- English

Compensation:

- Base Salary: Rs.10,000- Rs.18,000 per month.
- Incentives**:Commission-based** incentives up to Rs. 20,000 based on sales performance.

Internship:

- **Salary**: Unpaid (based on knowledge)
- **Timeline**: 3 to 6 Months
